Do I need to sign up for your service first?

Yes, if you are a first time customer you must register with a valid email address. There is no charge to open an account. You will be asked to provide some identification as part of the registration process. Registration takes about one business day, and you may return to Topmeup after you receive the email confirmation of your verified profile. Following successful registration, returning users must use the same email address to purchase vouchers.

What does verification involve and how long does it take?

We have a simple verification process for first time users that takes up to 1 business day. By registering, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone to complete the verification and deliver your order. If you're not registered, you'll be prompted to enter your name, address, and an image of your government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver's License, etc.).

Why was my registration not approved?

There are 2 main reasons why you were not approved:

(1) We require additional information from you indicated in the unapproved email.


(2) This decision is final and we cannot provide you with any details due to security reasons.
